The Business Freedom Workshops are designed as a series. Each one integrates into the next one. This step by step system has proven to be the best business development program that produces consistent high level results.

Workshop 2 - Team Building & Recruitment

Team building is the most important strategy for improving any business. It is the foundation every other strategy builds upon. It’s only through a team effort that you can build your business effectively to operate without you.

This workshop will reveal powerful personality insights for you and your team to understand themselves and customers better. The outcome will be your team feeling happier, more focussed, driven to achieve more, and ready to implement the measuring tools provided in the next workshop.

In this workshop you’ll receive a 3 step recruitment system to find new employees, including questions for interviewing to reduce your hours involved in recruitment by at least 50%.

Workshop 3 - The Magic of Measuring

Measuring is a powerful tool that reveals hidden opportunities and inefficiencies you rarely know are there. Accurate problem identification is the key to rapid improvements.

Measuring is the key to all success in business, as all business growth relates to a measured KPI increasing or decreasing in order for profit margins to improve.

In this workshop you’ll be given tools to measure your time and components of growth to understand what impact having 20% more customers would have across all areas of the business. Other areas you’ll learn to measure include gross and net margins, where you make the highest gross profit in your business, and more importantly where you currently aren’t and how to improve it.

You’ll also learn how to measure two conversion rates, acquisition cost, other marketing components and your service/production to reveal some surprising outcomes.

Workshop 4 - Planning to Achieve Your Goals

This workshop introduces a revolutionary 3 step process to faster success that will be the most practical business planning session you will have ever experienced! After setting your goals you’ll be given a list of the most successful sales and marketing strategies Business Building Mentors uses, to prioritise into your own Business Growth Plan for achievement of your goals.

Planning and setting goals without knowing about this list of effective strategies to achieve them, is like dropping coins in a wishing well, hoping for an outcome. Most business owners think they need lead generation strategies first, but it’s very rare they do.

As a result of the measuring workshop you’ll know what strategies you need to use to increase your profit margins the fastest and easiest way. You’ll then have your own Business Growth Plan to follow to prepare your business for operation without you.

Workshop 5 - Systems for Profit Growth

This workshop is all about designing systems and you’ll see the direct benefit systems have in your business to increase efficiency and profit margins. When it comes to systems, few understand how to design them so the team use them happily of their own accord.

The foundations are therefore set for you to apply the little known ‘secret strategies’ of sales and marketing to grow your business.

This workshop introduces very high level sales techniques, where you’ll learn how NOT to get objections in sales, instead of trying to overcome them. You’ll learn how to significantly increase your conversion rates using strategies that are enjoyable and exciting that everyone who deals with customers wants to use.

Then it’s on to marketing, one of the most misunderstood subjects in business as nearly all marketing education comes from corporate thinking and universities, not street-smart real world strategies that come from the school of hard knocks and experience. In this workshop you’ll learn small business proven marketing strategies that work the fi rst time, the majority of which don’t cost you a fortune to test and measure responses.

Workshop 7 - Management the Final Phase

This final workshop is about assembling all the information covered so far into an effective management system and preparing your business for a manager to replace you.

Business management is about team building, training, systems development and monitoring identified KPI’s to report to the owner. With these in place you’re ready to hire a great manager. But what does a great manage look like, how can you recognise them, do they have certain personality traits, and what salary package do you offer them? These are the important questions that will be explored in this workshop.

From this workshop you’ll understand the important differences between promoting employees into management versus hiring an external manager. There are many ingredients for management few business owners know that you will learn in this final phase, so your business can work without you. During this workshop you’ll learn these powerful ingredients so you can enjoy a wonderful lifestyle with less pressure, more time, more money and more freedom!
